The sheepfold is one of the oldest houses in the rural area. The owner’s family has lived in this sheepfold Antonio since 1800.

Their property extends to the top of the mountain “Casteddazzu”, where live undisturbed wild animals, including the wild boar, marten and golden eagles. It ‘a corner of a typical “Gallura” forgotten, where dense forests of cork oaks ignite the imagination of ancient fables. The farm is surrounded by numerous giant oaks, the most authoritative of which has over 800 years, with a circumference of 6 meters and is considered to be “monumental Plant”

The rooms at guest’s disposal are the result of a conservative recovery of the original theater that even with all the comforts of today, allowing those who stay to become part of an ancient and forgotten world. The stone, wood, cane, terracotta and lime are the only materials used in renovations. This allowed to preserve the atmosphere that the first inhabitants of ‘Casteddu “have created and the farm was also made a point of comfort that 25 years from now attracts many lovers of good cuisine.
